Scanair is a former Scandinavian charter company, owned by SAS, and founded in 1961.
Scanair merged with Conair 1994 and formed a company Premiair.

Scanair was started in Copenhagen (Denmark) in 1961. Up until 1965 it was divided into three separate companies, one each for Denmark, Norway and Sweden. From 1965 SAS became the only owner and Scanair became one company.

A number of different aircrafts have used during the years, both aircrafts owned by Scanair, and aircrafts leased from SAS or other companies.

SCANAIR FLEET

Boeing 737, Convair Coronado, Douglas DC-7, Douglas DC-9, Fokker F28 and SUD Aviation Caravelle were all aircraft types that Scanair used, but they were not re-painted into Scanair colors/livery.
They were just "borrowed" when needed.
From that perspective I think it will be very difficult for me to find postcards of these aircrafts that I can "tie" to Scanair. I will be very happy if I could be proven wrong ...
